Kintsugi Jeans (1 of 1)
Designed by Jeremy Tsui & Embroidered by Moshi Moshi
Size: M (Fits sizes XS & S for looser fit)
Inspired by the Japanese traditions of Kintsugi and Sashiko… these jeans have been meticulously hand embroidered with gold metallic thread and produced for the Moshi Moshi Fashion Show making it a 1 of 1 design.
The organic shapes represent “cracks” in the material and the gold is what is used to “mend” the broken pieces together… Kintsugi literally means “golden repair.”
Sashiko… literally meaning “little stabs” is a form of decorative reinforcement stitching from Japan starting around the Edo period (1603 - 1867.)
